Recent luxury chalet on 117m² that can accommodate 6 people. 1km to the center, 2 km to the ski slopes and 500 m to the lake. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a storage room, a large living room with fireplace (digital TV and library) overlooking terrace, a kitchen open to living room fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Dutch oven) , appliance pierrade and fondue and all the dishes), a toilet with washbasin and a storeroom with washing machine. On the mezzanine floor decorated with armchairs and table (TV and CD player) overlooking large covered balcony and 3 bedrooms and bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Outside large private parking and large covered terrace with table and chairs. Ideal situation to discover the region.

Beau chalet très fonctionnel

Le chalet très confortable est situé à la sortie de Gérardmer en direction de La Bresse, il faut faire très attention à la circulation qui roule vite lorsque l'on quitte la route principale pour s'engager sous le portail d'entrée pour prendre le raidillon d'accès au chalet! (idem lorsqu'on souhaite entrer sur ladite route).Séjour familial très agréable, petit bémol: il faut impérativement mettre à l'abris toute nourriture durant la nuit car sinon les souris (qui passent par l'insert de cheminée) se feront un plaisir de grignoter tout ce que vous aurez laissé à portée d'incisives!Bien que très proche de la route le trafic routier n'est pas dérangeant en période hivernale (fenêtres fermées) en été cela doit être plus compliqué.Pour terminer un grand merci à Madame L qui assure le ménage et l'accueil pour sa gentillesse.

Beau week-end sportif à Gerardmer

Réservation faite pour participer au triathlon de Gerardmer avec 2 copains et mon épouse. Chalet en parfait état, décoration chaleureuse, trois belles chambres,… Un beau parking d’au moins deux grandes places. Situation à proximité du lac et pas loin du centre. Moyen de faire beaucoup à pieds. Un seul défaut…le bruit qui remonte de la route de Bresse et peut perturber la quiétude des lieux…

Ruim erg mooi huis. Gunstig gelegen tov centrum, keurig en schoon. Heldere communicatie met eigenaar. Enige minpunt is geluid van de weg (overdag, in de nacht nauwelijks verkeer).
