Bel appartement pour 2 personnes. Bel accueil et remise des clĂ©s. Appartement propre. Seul bĂ©mol, appartement situĂ© au bord de l'avenue de Colmar, donc Ă©normĂ©ment de circulation toute le journĂ©e, donc impossible de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, mais bonne isolation, donc une fois les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es c'est bon.Mauvaise odeur tenace dans la salle de bains.

J'ai passĂ© 2 jours dans cet appartement avec un ami et nous nous sommes vite habituĂ© Ă  ce logement. Presque rien Ă  dire dessus Ă  part qu'il n'y avait pas de wifi alors qu'il y est notĂ© dans la description. Mais ça ne nous a que peu dĂ©rangĂ©s comme le but de notre visite Ă©tait d'aller sur les pistes. À part ça, tout Ă©tait bien.On reviendra

Winter 2024: Wohnung in Ordnung - piepsende Rauchmelder

Wir waren 5 NĂ€chte ĂŒber Silvester in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, BĂ€cker und Tankstelle befinden sich auf der gegenĂŒberliegenden Straßenseite. Mit etwas GlĂŒck bekommt man eine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Der Check In erfolgte telefonisch ĂŒber eine HaushĂ€lterin. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend fĂŒr 2 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung, jedoch war einiges an Geschirr nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht worden. Im Badezimmer lag ein bereits dreckiger Badvorleger. Nach der 2. Nacht haben wir uns wegen eines piepsenden Rauchmelders und eines piepsendes Fluchtwegschildes im Gang bei der HaushĂ€lterin gemeldet, da diese minĂŒtlich ertönten. Das piepsen wurde wĂ€hrend unseren Aufenthaltes nicht abgestellt.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

L'appartement a répondu à nos attentes. Proche des commerces et pas trop loin du centre ville, cet emplacement nous convenait. Bon isolation accoustique rendant quasi inaudibles les bruits de la route. Pas de lave-vaisselle.

Leider kein Schnee aber in Gerardmer ist um Sylvester einiges geboten. Die Wohnung war sehr gemĂŒtlich und als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen ideal.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour Ă  Gerardmer. Nous Ă©tions bien placer, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la route mais ce n’était pas plus dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin Ă  cĂŽtĂ© (inter a 2mn a pieds, piste de ski a 7mn en voiture). L’appartement Ă©tait impeccable. La femme de mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Je recommande trĂšs fortement l’appartement.

Idéal court sejour

Les plus : trÚs bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel bien décoré et trÚs bien situé. Les moins : impossibilité de communiquer avec les propriétaires, numéro de téléphone plus en service, demande de renseignements par SMS sur une autre numéro communiqué par GeneviÚve (la femme de menage) aucune réponse. Pas de WiFi dans l appartement. Place de parking non attribuée, difficile de stationner au risque d avoir un petit mot sur le pare prise.
