I had a great experience with me stay and the rooms are always clean. It was a huge space and exactly what I needed. The only thing I would recommend is to please put full body mirrors in an area with great light. Overall, this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

The rooms were nice but the beds were uncomfortable and the telephone weren't working so ever time we needed to reach the front desk I had to go back down to tell them what I needed. The first 2 days their was a very loud noise it started at 5 am the front desk act like they were unaware of the problem So they moved us further down the hall to another room. I would say. 80 to 90% of the staff did not speak english. Couldn't understand that. When its a English-speaking country? Why wouldn't they have more of the local people working there? It made it very inconvenient when there was a problem. The royal international restaurant was horrible.I would give them a 2 out of 10 rating the food was always cold. The second night there, my husband and I went to dinner at the restaurant he got his food first I waited 20 to 30 minutes for them to bring out my food. Both meals were cold the. Kitchen was no more than 10 feet from our table we spoke to the manager I guess that's who she was and I say that because they did not speak English.Bottom line, we were still charged for the meal.Because my husband got frustrated , going back and forth with this person. We wouldn't recommend staying at the royal international hotel

Let's start with check in process, the folks that does the check is Chinese and don't understand or speak a bit of English, took 1 hr. to check in. The room, the bathroom exhaust fan broken, the water in the shower don't drain and the sink in don't have a P- trap sewage gas smell. We complain daily with any resolution. This supposed to be an International Hotel but the standard is like a Motel.

I would advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs. Lets start with cleanliness, after staying 3 nights in the room without maid service, we realized our sheets had a BLOOD stain on them. This is unacceptable under any circumstance, but particularly revolting when paying to stay at a hotel. This means that either the maid service saw the blood stain and decided to keep the sheet, or didnt see it which is wildly negligent. After sending a complaint about the filthy sheets, the manager, Mrs. Pamela said she would like to meet with me to solve the problem. We met, she took my information, and I never heard from their staff again. I even tried reaching out a week later as they said upper management would need to review our situation. I never got a response. Speaking of staff, its pretty evident that no one is trained in hospitality at this establishment. With the exception of 3-4 staff members, everyone else was clueless. Zero knowledge about the area around the hotel, attractions, or directions. The bar and pool that is advertised is not even on the property. Its around the corner on the roof of the mall thats attached. DO not spend your money, or waste your time here. The sad thing is there is a ton of potential at this hotel, its just poorly run and managed. Stay at the Marriot instead.

This hotel was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. • The shower was a disaster, with water overflowing into the bathroom and not draining at all. The entire setup was unsanitary and unsafe. • Communication was almost impossible since most of the staff do not speak English, and interactions with them were frustrating. • The beds are extremely low and uncomfortable, the breakfast options are poor, and basic necessities like towels and toilet paper are barely provided. In a double room, only two bath towels were given, and just one roll of toilet paper — completely unacceptable for guests. • The pool is hidden outside at the back of the property, and this was not made clear beforehand. • Worst of all, a staff member was not only rude but also made offensive racial comments toward my family. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the management of this hotel. I regret booking here and would not recommend this property to anyone.

None off the staff spoke English they were all Chinese and Spanish then to top it all off the toilet was in the bathroom every time you have to use it your feet was wet not forgetting the banging above from the gym and to make it worst the bar upstairs plays music till 5am there is many more to mention but never again and would never recommend it. Wish I could just get a refund. Even the breakfast was the worst

Location is central- which is perfect, since you have quick access to the city and surrounding areas. Bathrooms- very dangerous and poses a risk for falls since they have a pipe that is draining the AC water directly onto the shower/toilet floor. Front Desk/Staffs: Not so pleasant and lack of communication due to the language barrier. Limited English speaking staffs. Have to use your translator to communicate with the house-keeping staffs. Noisy: Since there are two lounges in this hotel, at night all you can hear is the banging of music bass in the walls. Not sure of the other rooms, but from mine it was horrible to deal with. Smell: From the time you enter the lobby there is a funky smell. Even in the rooms and hall ways there is a funky smell coming from the vents.

The hotel is nice and clean. However our room was in the middel of the floor. NO Wi dows. once lights off. you not sure if its day or night in there. The Mattress is very Firm. Good for me Not my Husband. ai think a few guest had issues with that there. Thats I did not like. I try to change they said next day. but was not able too to it. there is a casino attached next to it. The breakfast was ok. But the Love and Latte cafe around the corner same building 2nd fl. OMG the Americano coffee and cappuccino delicious!!!. There is Not 24hr food service in the hotel. they definitely need one there. And a little convenient store would be great if they can have that too.
