The place a deep cleaning, the 5 days I stayed no one cleaned my rooms. Part of my reservations included 2 double rooms but only one towel in each. Key cards keep failing and had to constantly run to the front desk to reset. The showers were nasty, the mini fridge don’t work… there are so many things that can be done better / improved. Breakfast was ok, and the kitchen/ bar staff were mostly friendly. Front desk staff need training in the basic customer service skills. Finally on my last 2 days I met with a pleasant front desk staff. This is at most a 2 star hotel.. lots need to be done to bring it to basic standards. Switched my stay after 5 days back to the Belair Hotel which is still under construction but top notch service and facilities.

The location was great and the kitchen staff were wonderful however the rooms are not up to par. There was bugs in the room which I complained and ws told they would change my room that did not happen, One day my room was not cleaned I hade to call the manager to explain. I was also left without towels so I hade to call front desk to request twice. The cleaning staff dont seem to have any passion or dont know how to clean, The shower stall has bee neglected there is mold all around which is not healthy. the door into the dinning room is very filthy and needs to be cleaned. There is a funny sent as you walk in the foyer and that should be fresh and inviting. Overall, I was not pleased with the cleanliness.

The hotel had the worst smell on the floor went as soon as you walk out of the elevator. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. I always have to ask for clean towels. In the rooms the safe was not work the the tv was not work the lights was not working, the drapes was half not closing properly.

We paid for a room for 4 people, was given only 2 bath towels for 4 of us, call the front desk, no answer, when we went down to the front desk in the morning was told housekeeping starts at 10 am, bathroom was not even clean. Bed and living room was good. Really nice hotel but disappointed.
