This hotel should be condemned

Where do I begin? Let’s start with I booked for business using our online booking tool and we had a change of dates due to the holiday. One month before my trip, I tried contacting the hotel via email and phone call multiple times with no answer. The travel agent even tried unsuccessfully. We had to do a separate booking to add the extra days onto the stay. When it came to the check-in, they couldn’t retrieve the booking initially because the front desk didn’t know how to read a passport that shows last name first and then proceeded to argue with me that I booked under the wrong first name. Now to the quality of the room, the toilet seat was completely broken, the toilet brush was dirty and just laying on the floor. There was rust everywhere and the shower water ran brown the entire time. The bed sheets were obviously dirty and there were several stains on the linens and roaches. The housekeeper informed me that there is only one towel per room even though we had booked a double room, and the front desk did nothing about it. We were there for 4 days and the room wasn’t even cleaned once. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Now to the service, the front desk was not helpful at all, there is a room service menu that says room service is available 24 hours a day, however every time we tried to order something, room service was not available. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, We will take our business visits for our company back to grand coastal. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Did not like that there was green disinfectant in a puddle in the bathroom. It looked like the room was in the process of being cleaned and then left. The hotel felt grubby.. You need to put more effort into the cleanliness of the rooms.

The property needs more hospitable staff. They also need to do more maintenance work- lots of maintenance work! The rooms were dirty! Also you paid to enjoy some luxury time and the pooo area was open to public. Becomes too crowded.

We arrived they did not have our reservation and kept questioning me despite giving them the itinerary with the booking number. After forty five minutes they had not told us what was happening then passed me a calculator and showed a number to pay. I had paid through an app which they said they didn’t accept. Then we got our room which was supposed to be a king sized executive suite and turned in to a two bed queen size regular room and did not tell is they had switched it. The staff was not at all apologetic or give information about anything. Terrible service.

Firstly, the bathroom wasn’t clean as I enter the apartment, you can smell the urine. The shower was dirty and the faucet for the sink had toothpaste stains. The balcony was so dirty, had had green stuff growing (I call it Kai). The cleaning staff didn’t clean for 2 days, when they finally clean, they never replaced the towels. When I called and requested for 4 towels, they send only 2 and then argued with me. This is the worst hotel ever.

Check in was very poor I took more thatn 2 hrs before I get checked in because of inexperienced staff. I had to changed my rooms 3 times before having a clean rooms with all the locks working. I ask for some extra dry towels it was never given to me. The pools are not being clean on a daily basis. Over all I would Ramada hotel 6 out of a 10.
