Nice facility. However lacked amenities such as wash cloths which are normal in most hotels. Guests were given a tutorial on regulating the heating and cooling system by an ‘engineer’ with limited English proficiency which was common among other staff. Discrepancies in quoted price to that charged. Breakfast lacked variety and no gym and television .. growing pains ?

Rooms are clean and top notch. Breakfast was simple, hot, and nice. A mix of local dishes and North American food. The staff is simply the best. So polite and went out of their way for every request. Sharon is a great ambassador for the hotel. He made our stay so easy. The hotel is in a great location, new and stylish, with a lobby bar, walkable to the Sea Wall as well We can’t thank you all enough!
