CALENDAR IS UP TO DATE. 2 bedrooms with king and 1 bedroom is twins made as a king unless you request twins.Airport code GGT. Our villa will allow for 3 couples to have separate and private sleeping/bathing accommodations. On the first floor is living and dining space. A laundry closet houses the washer and dryer. And there is a half bath. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located on the spacious top floor. February Point is a gated community with private beaches and community pool. Come have the vacation of a lifetime!

Eighth visit to Exuma and second time staying at Nice Villa and we will be back. Each bedroom is en-suite with amazing views and the beds are very comfy, kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home. Jim and Kim were great hosts and were great communicators. Nice new outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the water views. We can't wait to visit again.

Our family had a wonderful trip on Exuma primarily because of our house and the gated community February Point where it is located. The people were nice and the house was much more than we hoped for. I've already recommended it to a few friends. We hope to go back, and we will definitely stay at the Nice Villa.

We loved staying at NiceVilla. February point provided a nice community to walk around, quiet and safe, loved the turtles at the dock. We rented a boat from Minns for 2 days wicked opened up plenty of fun. Great to keep the boat at the vila during the day. Easy trip to Man-of-War sand bar and Chat n Chill. On site restaurant was also fantastic. Service was quick and food was excellent. Will definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was centrally located and just as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook meals, including a grill on the property. The host was easy to communicate, and quick to respond. There are turtles in the marina right off the dock - that was quite special! The villa is centrally located and makes it easy and quick to get downtown. There are actually two pools - with one being a little more private and still on the beach. It was nice to have a restaurant (Rusty Anchor) on site. It is a very nice property and we feel lucky to have been able to stay at it.

Exactly as described! February Point is awesome and having your own dock is key! Kitchen is very very well stocked! AC works great and the water cooler is nice! Grill was very nice ! Only thing I’d say is it needs new linens, pillows and towels, they are getting worn. Upstairs twin bedroom shower head isn’t working. We would definitely stay here again , it was a great week !

Lovely stay with beautiful views

Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and requests we did have.

We enjoyed staying at Nicevilla within February Point. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house had everything we needed. Convenient location to access everything on the island. Loved being able to have a boat overnight at the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Turtles!

We loved our stay at NiceVilla. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more.The best parts for us were the 3 different balconies, marina and the sea turtles that came by every day when we returned on our rented boat.I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back.

It doesnt get any better than February Point, and this beautiful property hosted my family over Thanksgiving. Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for older kids and easy dock access if you have a boat rental.

The place to Stay in Georgetown

My wife and I have been to Great Exuma many times. we know the island pretty well. we wanted to have a boat at our dock and so we looked for a house with exactly that. we found exactly what we wanted and needed. i can tell you we now have our new go to property. spectacular location, views, property layout, and the management could not have been more attentive yet invisible when you don't need anything. we got up every morning, hopped on the boat with some new bags of ice and explored new beaches and sand bars every day. Thanks to Jim and his team. we will certainly see you in about six months.

The home was clean and the property was very well maintained. February Point is just a great location. Turtles all around the dock at the property, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, large masters suites, everything needed in the kitchen, extras of all the little things for a shorter stay. Would revisit next year without a doubt.

Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Only 2 issues. We had no master bathroom shower after day 2 of our stay which was obviously a bit of an inconvenience and it would be nice to have refills for the water cooler (jugs). Other than that, all great. Thanks again.

Gorgeous property and location

The owners and property manager were very responsive. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. Most evenings we saw sea turtles at the dock. The beach side had great snorkeling. The location is very central to everything and it was really nice to pull our rented boat up to the dock to pick up the rest of the family. We loved everything about this rental and hope to return soon to paradise! Thanks for a great week in Exuma!
