From check‑in to check‑out, the service was warm, attentive, and efficient. Staff greeted us politely, responded quickly to requests, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and elegant—quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a perfect relaxing vibe. The lobby and common areas felt sophisticated yet comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. Every detail showed great care for guests. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a lovely atmosphere!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m happy to see they’ve added several new facilities since my last visit. The new amenities include a gym (with a giant treadmill!), a kids’ club, yoga sessions, and a self-service laundry area, which make the stay even more convenient and family-friendly. One of their biggest highlights is the complimentary freshly brewed coffee — definitely a plus point! The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the town center and the airport, which makes it very convenient and easy to travel around Penang Island. They don’t serve free buffet breakfast!

I rate full stars for everything! Love their lobby and cafe environment which is really suitable for us to relax ,slow down while enjoying their fresh brewed coffee❤️ Spacious room with reasonable price ~24 hours front desk service provided ,and location that not too far from town which is attract me the most. Will definitely be my first choice when travel to Penang !
