The space
My unit has more than 760 sq. ft that is truly perfect for medium-sized family and small group of friends, up to 6 guests.

There are 1 Bedroom & 2 Bathrooms:
i. Master bedroom has ONE Queen-size bed, and TWO single Beds. (Normally will be stacked up, but you can take down 1 single bed and put on floor as floor mattress to sleep at night).
ii. Living hall has ONE large sofa that can act as a Sofa Bed at night.
iii. Master bedroom is Fully Air-Conditioned and it's attached to the balcony and a private Bathroom.
iv. Complimentary Toiletries include Bath towels, Body gel, Hair shampoo, Hand wash, Hairdryer, Bidet and Toilet paper are provided.

Fully furnished & equipped from Living (Washing Machine, Ironing) to Kitchen (4-seater Dining Table, Induction Cooker w/ Pot & Fry Pan, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge); where you can do your laundry and light cooking in the house for the whole length of your stay.

Other things to note
Our guest is required to fill up the registration book at security desk (inside lobby) upon arrival.

As I have a close relationship with our neighbours and management.
Hence, please do me a favour by following my house rules as below:-

- Kindly monitor the noise level before 7am and after 11pm.
- Durians, and any foods with strong stench are not permitted in the house.
- Kindly use the amenities with care as damages will be at your cost.
- Kindly keep the house clean all the time as your own house especially when you cook for the duration of your stay.
- Please switch off all the lights, fan and air-conditioner and water heater when are not in use.
- Please inspect the house and "double-check" your personal belongings before check-out.
- Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
