Good location and rooms for the price. Rooms always cleaned well. Small improvements could made, cleanliness in lifts, deck chairs by jacuzzi need replacing and the top floor bar/breakfast area needs a facelift. Worst tea and coffee sorry to say otherwise a good boutique hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at Le Dream. It is close to good food options like Kimberley Street night food market and Chowrasta market. Prangin Mall is only a two minute walk away for shopping. Komtar bus terminal is very close for Rapid Penang Bus. Walking distance to most all the sights to see in old George Town. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms have comfortable firm beds and are clean. Shower and bathroom are very good. Safe is available in room to store valuables. Has a mini fridge to keep some drinks cold. Overall it's very good value for your money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel to stay in George Town.

Excellent staff when meet in person and I hope someone can allow the message to be respond when I send on Expedia. Try to send message on Expedia prior to arrival in advance but never get any reply. Property is amazing and staff is excellent. Highly recommend if the staff can access to reply any message or someone who in charge should be responsible to reply in hour or same business day. Love this location and definitely will be back.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful , we leave our luggage there for few days with no charges. The hotel is very clean and so convinces, 10 min walk to a 1st Avenue Mall and Bus terminal. We will come back here for sure 👍

How this hotel got a 9.4 is beyond me. It is a 5 at best in most categories. Was so bad we left a day earlier. Windows were covered in rusted metal screening and weathered wood. Felt like a prison. Rooftop (where breakfast is served) surrounded by rusted expanded metal and cracked concrete. Not a pleasant place to be. Breakfast, cooked to order, and ordered the day before was good. But other was very lacking, eg. No sugar, butter, jam etc etc. Water container in lobby was always empty. Do not let photos and description of this hotel fool you. NOT as it seems. More like a backpackers hostel than a "boutique" hotel. Tried to upload photos but wouldn't.

Clean and spacious rooms. Full set of amenities including disposable slippers. Two types of shower heads available - fixed overhead and hand held one. It'd be good if the hand held one had different pressure or blast modes. Water spray is a little weak. Room comes with a safe, iron and ironing board, kettle, mini refrigerator and two umbrellas. Given two free bottles of water, tea bags, coffee everyday. Internet connection is intermittent and not so strong so have to keep logging in. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Service staff is polite and helpful too. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend.

This location was perfect for all access locations due to hotel in the middle of Georgetown. Mila was highly helpful on her job with providing guideline local direction and recommendations. I have one major question is Le Dream communication with any future booking customer by Expedia messages? I try to send messages through my Expedia but no response and this is not the first time. Anyway I have to call in to chat with your customer service for clarification. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and they have new modern room and bathroom. Parking is limited with first come first 2 spots, but at night is easy to find parking on the street. Streets parking all day is RM 8.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We arrived early and instead of making us wait until 3 pm or charging for early check-in (like the last pace) the lady sent a WhatsApp text as soon as it was ready.

Le Dream is located near Kimberly Street, home to the well-known duck kway chap. It is walkable to Prangin Mall as well. What I really liked is that hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area, away from the bustle of people and vehicles.

The location is really good, close to the night market, room is big, clean, and renovated recently. I eat outside so cannot comment on the food and services. I stay for 3 days, staff are nice and helpful. Good on average.

Great location for exploring George Town, and further afield. The staff were very efficient, for example we arrived earlier than check in & the room wasn’t ready, so we went for lunch they whatsapped us when the room was made up. The aircon in our room wasn’t working correctly so very noisy, however it was reported so hopefully now fixed.
