Good: - The area is very convenient and right outside the tram stop to get to all our Geneva destinations quickly. - Mostly clean kitchen and bathroom - Kitchen was very usable despite the size - Two grocery stores within minutes walk - Responsive hosts on Whatsapp since I didn't have a Swiss number Bad: - Bedsheets and shelving had lot of leftover hair from previous visitors. Needed to request room service immediately.

Nice and relaxing stay

The room that we booked feature a kitchenette that made it very convenient to cook our own meals. It even has a built in dishwasher so cleanup was a breeze. The 9th floor recreation area is nicely designed and provides free washer and dryer which is super thoughtful and convenient. Everything was top notch aside from the switches in the room which need some getting used to. However the high tech room key delivery system more than make up for the minor issues. Overall it was a great experience.

Brilliant stay!

The studio was really good and had everything we needed and was lovely and clean and tidy! There was a room where you could store your luggage on arrival and on check out day! Tea and coffee provided in room! During the day there was always someone around to answer questions! There was one small thing we didn’t like the bright blue light on the usb charging socket shone brightly right next to the bed and the green light on the light switch by bathroom was really bright we like a dark room to sleep in! This wouldn’t stop us booking again! There is a Migros next door which is handy!

Definitely Stay at Kooook Geneva

Loved this place. Great room packed with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. Ultra modern. Absolutely spotless. But the flat and wraparound balcony made our stay fab. With pool table, games console and choice of seating area inside and out was tremendous. Don’t stay anywhere else. Finally, staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Ava.

Perfect way to start off a vacation :)

This was the best place we stayed at during our entire trip. Felt just like home. We used the kitchen to make our supper and breakfast. we hung out in the living room while doing our laundry. We used the local travel passes provided to us by the hotel. Everything was perfect.
