Hotel right outside the train station. Was structured as a luxury hotel but to do that you need to have air conditioning. Controls were in the room but seemed they were controlled by the hotel. Bathroom featured a full tub/showerhead combo. The edge was quite high. Keep in mind for people with mobility issues. Even I would have appreciated a step stool. There were a serious lack of outlets in the room as in nowhere to be found. Finally I unplugged the silly desk lamp to charge my phone. Also had to use the same outlet for the coffee machine which didn't work. Mini fridge was included in the room. Different animals painted on each door. Super cute.

The hotel is located extremely close to the train station. It does not have a parking space. So have to park in the parking lot of train station, which is expensive. However, if you take a train, it is really convenient to stay in this hotel. The room is OK.

This hotel has an amazing location if you're hauling luggage, and the staff were very helpful. The lounge is fun, and there's plenty of little cafes if you walk around the block.

AC didn’t work for at least 3 days. Asked the front desk and they kept saying tomorrow they’ll have someone but no one ever came. The rooms are quite small, even with the kitchenette but the appliances like the fridge, kettle etc. are convenient and work well. Hotel is located right outside the train station which is nice but the entrance and elevator all looks a bit old and worn.

Different from the listing, there is no parking on site and the staff was not helpful to locate a parking lot. We booked this property because it was listed with self-parking available. No AC in the room, carpet is dirty as if it had not been cleaned for decades.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but even though the staff and the room were excellent, the price for the room was too much and on top of that you had to pay for parking which was not very secure and in a sketchy area. The surrounding area and location is noisy and the rail station is directly across the street. I would not stay there again

Walkable for the entirety of Geneva. Close to the train station but not woken up. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel as updates needed, hotel seems old and facilities falling apart. Breakfast was poor, considering the price. Advertised time of 6am-10am, yet when I arrived at 7:45 there was hardly any choice left over, no breads, no croissants. I’d stay here again, but definitely would not pay for breakfast during my stay.
