Staff were helpful, the room was clean and a good temperature. The beds were really comfortable, and sufficient amount of space for 3 adults. Great location, easy walking distance to most attractions, and a great benefit getting the free Geneva travel pass so we could use the trams for some of the attractions beyond walking distance like CERN.

Super convenient small hotel (5 rooms/floor). Right by train station and short walk to downtown/old city. It’s a bit loud as it’s in the city, but with windows shut it was plenty quiet. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Will be my go-to hotel in Geneva.

Loved this place.

This place was perfect. Perfectly located. Very quiet too. The desk attendants were supper friendly. Geneva is a very nice place to visit. We took day trips to chamonix and annecy. The bus station is about 2 blocks away. The train station is 2 blocks the other way.

We paid for a triple room with a rooftop terrace. We were told that room was being renovated so we got two adjoining rooms without terrace. The refrigerator in one of the rooms was hotter than the room. The gym was also unavailable due to renovations in progress. Do not stay here unless you know the renovation has been completed. We would not have stayed here if we had known half of the hotel was unavailable.

We booked this hotel as it was within walking distance from the train station. It is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station and easy to jump on buses and trams to local attractions. The rooms in themselves are comfortable but dated. The blinds do block out the majority of the light but more could be done. The shower head was coming away from the wall. The staff were really friendly and helpful with recommending places to go along with the free transport that Geneva offers. Breakfast was basic but very nice and it was great to have a kettle and fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and make a cup of tea after a long day. This is not the case in all Swiss hotels on our travels so was very thankful for it.
