The flat is located together with a holiday home on a shared small estate with a private part of the lake. There are plenty of parking spaces, green areas, various hedges, fruit trees and conifers.
A total of approx. 25 square metres are available, divided into a living/dining area (TV, microwave, 2-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea maker), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a bedroom with wardrobe and seating outside the double bed. Underfloor heating is available for each room and can be controlled individually.
A small table and 2 chairs are available for you on the non-separated terrace area. In addition to the shared private lake access with a small beach area, there is a basketball hoop and a foldable table tennis table outside.
A grocery shop and a bus stop for journeys to Bremerhaven or Bad Bederkesa are within walking distance (5 minutes).
