You will be the only tenants of this agritourism "podere Lucia", for authentic holidays in a superb area !! Perfect for visiting Siena, Florence, Pisa and Rome, the aim of a day trip and relaxing family, near the private pool surrounded by its walled garden. The house is located near the sea, in Maremma Toscana, with gentle hills. The beaches of Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia are 20 minutes away by car. You have the large private swimming pool 7m x 3,5m, in a pretty flower garden that is reserved for you, with sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. Sheltered terrace for meals in the garden.

Super Unterkunft für 3-4 Leute welche die Ruhe lieben. Mit Hund war es super, Konten diesen sogar an 2 Tagen den Hausbesitzern übergeben. Das geht natürlich nicht mit allen Hunden. Die Besitzer sind mittlerweile schon über 80 und sprechen nur italienisch, aber mit Google translate und Händen und Füßen kommt man auch durch.Pizza bäckt sie leider keine mehr und auch für das lokale Gemüse aus ihrem Garten war es einfach zu trocken.Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet, ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das nächste Ort ist Ribolla (5 km,) mit einer super Eisdiele einem Coop und 2 Bäckereien.Der Pool wird jeden morgen per Roboter gereinigt und es ist super entspannend den Mittag unter dem Sonnensegel neben dem Pool zu verbringen.Wir würden mit Hund wieder dort hingehen.

Die Unterkuinft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Alles war gepflegt. Die Natur ums Grundstück war sehr präsent aber auch das war Erwartungsgemäß.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Lucia und ihrem Mann. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Landschaft umgeben von einem großen Garten mit Blumenpracht und Feldern. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr gut . Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt und von einer Liegewiese umgeben, auf der noch ein Pavillon als Schattenspender steht. Unsere Tochter und ihr Lebensgefährte besuchten uns und blieben ein paar Tage. Auch sie waren begeistert .Lucia und ihr Mann waren sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden reichlich mit Gemüse versorgt und sie luden uns zum Essen ein, es war ein gemütlicher und lustiger Abend. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit ihnen und der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Eigentlich ganz schön, aber

Bewertung des: “ Landhaus, wirklich privater Pool, 20 Minuten von den Stränden von Follonica“: Es ging schon bei der Anreise los, es war schwierig das Bauerhaus zu finden. Die GPS Angabe bei Fewo-Direkt zeigt nach Frankreich, eine „Podere Lucia“ ist nicht zu finden, nach 2 Stunden durchfragen kommen wir an das Ziel, über eine Schotterpiste. Wäre der Name "Azienda Agricola Podere Santhia" klar in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft gewesen, hätten wir viel Zeit und Ärger gespart. Nur durch Zufall fanden wir den Namen auf einem Foto, den kannte dann auch Google-Maps. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern. Wir wurden von den Eigentümern empfangen, einem Ehepaar von über 80 Jahren, das nur italienisch sprach. In der Wohnung war zugeteilte Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr in der Küche war für 4 Personen vorhanden. Einfache Lebensmittel wie Eier, Ölivenöl und Tomaten aus dem Gewächshaus konnte man gegen Bargeld bekommen. 1x Wäschewaschen 5€ Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ländlich mit Hähne krähen und Vögel Gezwitscher, gestört nur durch einen Fernseher der um 7:30h angestellt bis abends spät lief. Von der Unterkunftsmanagerin Martine Ragot die Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch sprechen sollte war keine Spur. Selbst Pizza backen im Holzofen, Fehlanzeige. Einkaufmöglichkeiten ? Tipps oder Hinweise nur durch Eigeninitiative entdeckt. Es war keine Verständigung möglich. Aber das Hauptproblem stellte sich nach 2 Nächten heraus, wir hatten plötzlich am Körper Bissstellen und Quaddeln. Nach Rech

Traumhaft entschleunigende Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse kann man schon mal dabei zusehen, wie eine Schafherde vorbei getrieben wird. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind nicht unbedingt modern und könnten an manchen Stellen etwas Renovierung vertragen. Bei Benutzung des Backofens kann schon mal die Sicherung raus fliegen (FI-Schalter ist vorhanden!) und die Abwasserleitungen gluckern ab und an. Das Haus bietet aber eigentlich alles was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Lucia hat uns gegen kleines Geld, teilweise auch als Geschenk, mit den leckersten Tomaten, Gurken, Zucchini und Melonen versorgt. Sie spricht nur italienische, aber dank der Google-Translate Direktübersetzung, Händen und Füßen, sind wir trotzdem zurechtkommen. Entschleunigung pur!
