Room 371. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lobby of hotel was very Festive for the Christmas season. The parking was great- in a garage on the same level as we were staying on. Only concern/issue was that we took showers in the morning before checkout and had no hot water! Warm at the most. We did inform a housekeeper and also informed the front desk at check out.

Location is unbeatable. In the heart of Gatlinburg downtown right opposite Anakeesta. The rooms are decent, though a bit dated. Small but cozy lobby and patio area. Breakfast was the usual continental - nothing special.

The staff were nice and attentive but this hotel needs some serious remodeling!! The rooms have a bad smell and everything is old and outdated. Won’t be staying here again

The breakfast was okay. They could have used some breakfast sausage patties or sausage links or bacon. The gravy was really watery. A conveyor toaster would have been better than the pop-up. Toaster. Parking was wonderful. There was plenty of it and you always could move a cone and get a place if you decided to leave. The staff was very nice. The rooms were not very soundproof and our door sounded like it was opening every time someone came in the main hallway door. The first night it was quite alarming until I got used to that. The second night we could hear children or teenagers next door talking and laughing until about 2:00 a.m. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were well supplied. I absolutely loved having a Keurig in the room. My favorite part of the stay.
