Family Vacation

The size of room was great and gave our family plenty of space to move around. I would recommend adding some more towel hooks in the bathroom. Having a small kitchen was a bonus to help us save some money! There was old coffee grinds left in the maker, but no big deal. Breakfast was a plus, but it would be nice to have a variety. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast had the same options each day. Staff were ALL very helpful and customer service driven. Thank you. This hotel will be on the top of our list in future.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing. People complain about the breakfast, but it was fine. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, muffins, a waffle maker, juice, excellent coffee, cereal, and oatmeal. People also complain about the noise, but honestly, you’re at a hotel, you’re bound to hear other people, wear ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and problem is solved. The location was excellent, 7 minutes from Anakeesta, a 30 minute walk if you’re up for it.

Winter vacation

The room had an unpleasant odor. It was a nice big room with two double beds and a couch. No carpet, which was good. The bathroom was for handicapped and had no lip on the shower so the water flowed into the bathroom floor. There was also late night noise above our room like a child running around making loud thumps on their floor, our ceiling.
