I did not expect to be given a sales pitch upon arrival for a time share opportunity. We politely decline but it didn’t end there. It was very hard to walk away from the sales person as they continued on after we said no thank you. We then received a phone call the very next day to try again to sell a time share. Very hard to get off the phone with the sales person. We will not return due to the harassment of the time sharing staff.

Upon check in I was told outside travel sites (expedia) overbooked the hotel so I was downgraded to a 1 bedroom with 5 people. It was supposed to be a two bedroom. I was disappointed to say the least and feel a partial refund is in order as I paid the price of a two bedroom suite.

Room was clean, but no housekeeping service during our 4 night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and spacious. However the construction and landscaping noise starts early and be prepared for badgering from the timeshare sales staff. Walking distance to downtown and easy parking at hotel. View from the room was very nice. Fireplace is a nice touch.

Having a Villa with kitchen and laundry was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and anxious to help in any way. Wanted to extend our stay and manager Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to make it happen. Very walkable to town, restaurants and shopping

Very nice! Lots of options for swimming and relaxing in jacuzzi. It had a gym and the 2 bedrooms was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Definitely would go back
