Pros: Room was clean with nice amenities. Front desk was friendly. Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Fees and taxes on top of the bill (for each day) include parking fee of $15, parking tax, occupancy sales tax, and state occupancy tax.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Every morning they have breakfast till 10:00 am . I loved the location, not far from the Main Street. Definitely recommend this hotel for a family traveling with kids .

This location was perfect for walking to the main drag of Gatlinburg since parking is $20! The hotel itself was cool, I didn’t care for the breakfast or coffee but that’s a personal situation. Only one elevator was working which makes it really hard but we used the stairs. Overall, great price and location!

The hotel is in a good location with friendly staff. However, our room was below average and had issues such has stain mark, broken fixtures, and a broken coffee machine. The breakfast is also not great. They charge extra for parking which doesn't make much sense since it's open air parking and in cold weather car can be covered in snow (happened to us).Overall, staff were friendly (a big positive) and nice but breakfast, room, and parking are not great.
