The check was quick and easy. The room was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Love that it is close to the national and shopping was a walk away. Would highly recommend. Will be back for a stay next year.

Newer motel off the Gatlinburg Strip so nice and quiet. 10 minute walk to all the attractions. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is tasty. Bears walking around!!! Who could ask for more? We had people above us running around making noise late at night. Went to the front desk to complain and they moved us to a nice quiet room on top floor. Good job,good place!!!

My husband and I went here celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is excellent, close to everything, super clean, a very spacious room and a fresh smell. The person at the desk was very kind (Dev Nipa) and his mom too, she’s very sweet person. For our anniversary, she gave me my favorite chocolate. I thank you very much for your kindness and I hope to see you soon.

Great customer service and nice facility!!! However, the last two nights were very noisy. I didn't get a wink of sleep!!! Someone above us was running across the floor most of the night!!! Also, I'd love it if the breakfast was better.........Maybe bacon as an option somedays, and grits. I would also suggest cooking the sausage links longer. One morning I didn't eat anything, because it was an egg patty and undercooked sausage links, that didn't really look like sausage links at all. Let's not talk about the bears!!! That was out of their control, but still, something to think about. They did no harm physically, but surely scared the crap out of us, when we saw them on the property!!! However, just because of the level of service, I would give them another try. Also, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, pretty, and actually had enough outlets!!! I would love a do-over, with a complimentary room, on the top floor. I would like to sleep in, at least one day, without all the noise!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Close to the parkway. The water pressure could of been better, but they had hot water. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was such a short, easy walk to everything in Gatlinburg. The room was big and clean and housekeeping came around daily. All the staff I ran into during my stay were always nice. The breakfast was fine and there's an awesome pancake place 2 minutes walk away. Had some issues on the first day with the internet but it got sorted quickly. The car parks are really tight

Very clean Hotel, with nice big rooms, great customer service, and only two or three blocks away from the Gatlinburg downtown strip. Would highly recommend this Hotel if you’re in the Gatlinburg area!

The hotel is new, so everything is in a great shape. Very clean. I just feel that for the price we paid the bedding had to be cotton and not polyester that makes you being cold and hot at the same time.
