Very comfy bed excellent staff who called our room when we checked in to make sure it was ok. Later the bar staff went out of their way to put the telly where we were sat onto the darts !!!! All round a very good experience

Nice hotel and spa. Uncomfortable bed.

Lovely hotel in pretty grounds. The spa facilities are great, although there doesn't seem to be option to book treatments. Hotel is nice enough. We were in the Small Double and it is small but not as bad as some hotels! Only real issue is the bed. Very uncomfortable and I slept really badly.

Wish your pillows were better quality & bigger & the curtains were thicker.The room temperature was spot on.Complimentries was about right & could ask for more if needed.I didnt use the swim pool & spa.Wished i had it looked pretty good Would i recommend staying here? Yes i would.Its not high end,it is what it is & priced accordingly.Staff do it much justice 😊

Amazing facilities and value for money.

The room was spotless. Well done Mohammed. Swimming pool and facilities were great. Food was delicious both in the evening and for breakfast. Great range of products for breakfast. All in all, this overnight visit was tremendous value for money and I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for a night whilst dropping my daughter back to Uni. The hotel felt a bit like a leisure centre with rooms but I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room, the service provided or the facilities. I liked the women’s only gym. My double room was small but had everything I needed, was spotless and also very well priced. I don’t have breakfast at the hotel as I went to meet my daughter. However I thought the on site cafe looked really good. Free parking was also a welcome bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel deserve all the credit they are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay better! Only downside to this hotel is the road in and out as it’s fairly awkward if cars are coming the other way, otherwise would 100% stay again facilities and rooms are great

Great night sleep and excellent facilities

I book this venue a few months ago for as i was in Manchester for a wedding of a close freind. It was the perfect place with great facilities having acess to the pool gym and spa facilities was a extra bonus. The rool was spacious clean and the bed was comforatable. Breackfast was also of good quality. With plenty of options including cooked and continental. All the saff i delt with were excellent would definitely be returning on my next visit.

Great location but be warned, the small rooms really are small. It’s not comfortable for two people. The pools are a great bonus too and a lovely breakfast spread.

Highly recommend

Waterside hotel was a perfect option for an overnight stay while setting my daughter up at university. The vast car park was ideal with staff welcoming and polite. Our room was spotless and comfy after a busy day! And breakfast was delicious the following day. Lots of choice, ample amounts and the best way to start the day. Only negative was the fire exit lighting - it was too bright and kept me awake - a bit of tissue saved the day!
