Ótima localização, boa opção na Garopaba!

Pontos altos: localização, simpatia dos funcionários e um bom café da manhã. Ponto negativo: limpeza (desde a chegada, uma passada de lenço umedecido nos móveis entregaram a sujeira dos quartos) Ponto a melhorar, uma roupa de cama com lençol de elástico geraria mais conforto.

Missade förväntningarna

Höga förväntningar som boendet inte levde upp till. Slitet och smutsigt, personal utan servicekänsla. Vi fick inte rummet vi bokat och fick aldrig kontakt med managern och ingen kompensation för besväret. Lakan i sägen var fläckiga när vi kom och möbler slitna och poolerna smutsiga. Frukosten var inte buffé som det står i beskrivningen så det var inte mycket som stämde. Vi fick inte valuta för pengarna!

Excelente acomodação, localização varios cafès, restaurantes e sorveterias com acesso fácil caminhando. Silencioso e confortável, equipe atenciosa. A única sugestão é melhorar o sinal de wi-fi.

Excelente Local

Embora tenham errado na nossa acomodação, nos dando um quarto que não suportava três pessoas, isso foi resolvido no dia seguinte e tivemos uma estada muito boa e agradável. O pessoal, principalmente as senhoras do café e limpeza, são extremamente gentis e agradáveis.

Melhor do que imaginávamos!!!!

Ficamos 6 dias no local e desde a nossa chegada até a partida, recebemos um ótimo atendimento. Todos muito atenciosos, simpáticos, prestativos.. A estrutura do local é ótima. Adoramos a piscina e a hidro. O café da manhã foi sempre servido no quarto, com ótimos produtos, sempre bem novinhos e gostosos!

Feriado em Garopaba

Foi muito boa, porém fiquei decepcionada com duas coisas: secador de cabelos não funcionava e água da banheira de hidromassagem estava morna, quase fria. Sinal da internet muito ruim, mas tudo bem, foi devido a condição climática. A limpeza e o café da manhã, assim como o atendimento são excelentes. Comparando a minha estadia anterior no Lá Plage Residence, ficou a desejar, infelizmente.
