As an american traveler staying for a business conference a lot of things were different and you just need to adjust. The tub/shower is different and so is the toilet. No AC just heat so remember to open the window to cool the room. No king beds just two twins put together. No blankets just duveas…. just get used to those things and the breakfast is incredible!!!

Great location and service

Great location with an amazing staff. Rooms are dated but clean. My family loves staying here for the location and amenities.

Perfect location for families - access to ski slopes, right downtown Partenkirchen with lots of restaurants, easy parking. We also enjoyed the pool and the super nice breakfast! Our rooms were connecting which is great for families with kids. Special thanks for allowing us to bring the family dog and the special welcome he received.

An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef! The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu. I would be happy to come back again!
