We left very early in the morning before our 7 AM flight. We called the front desk at 6:30 staying we left my husbands Samsung AirPods Left message for lost and found The front desk should have gone to check the room. They say it wasn’t there. Very bad experience

Had to cancel just within the 24 hr cancel window, after having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Couldn't travel and the manager, Star, wouldn't give me a refund or credit. I always stayed at the Ramada in my many travels to and from Spokane. Will not again. Lots of other choices. I vote no.

High value stay

High value stay for the price. Most affordable and competitive quality stay when lodging near the airport is needed. We consistently choose to stay here. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. Bar and restaurant are great too. The s’mores for the outdoor fire pits, outstanding!

This place is old and tired, the front desk staff was obviously disengaged and maybe said 2 words at check-in, the rooms are super basic and not updated, the bathroom was clean enough but in desperate need of a refresh to actually look clean. To top it off the front desk called at 11:00 PM to tell is they had a noise complaint of us “jumping” around?? We literally had just arrived from a concert 30 min prior and were certainly NOT jumping. Then after we went to bed, they came to our door to tell us about the complaint!!! Honestly would never stay again and do not recommend.
