Short get away for spring break for our family. This was one of the easiest check in process ive ever had. Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, updated and sleek property. We loved the outdoor space and wven used the fire pit to start a nice fire. Far enough out to have privacy but not far from Rogers and other destinations. The hot tub and indoor jetted tub were a hit with the kids. Highly recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a GREAT stay! We were looking for a home with privacy yet relatively quick access to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, and the Rogers/Bentonville area. It was exactly what we were looking for! The property and home were very well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor TV was a lovely perk! We stayed in late October so we didn't get to use the pool. Communication with Joey was easy and provided everything needed. I highly receommend Joey and this amazing property!

Joey was very accommodating and communicated very well. The house was clean and all appliances were working and clean as well. We enjoyed the nice, hot, spacious hot tub on the back patio. We were able to watch football games on the TV and enjoy great meals and playing cards. This is a close location to Eureka springs where you can take a day trip and enjoy the site seeing of Victorian buildings full of shopping and great food. I would highly recommend this location to stay - definitely well worth the money!

Spent a week riding the Ozarks and this property was located close to Beaver Lake, about 20 miles from Eureka Springs. Got in a lot of miles on great roads. The property was well maintained and very clean. As it was October we didn't try the pool or hot tub. Access was limited to garage but not an inconvenience since we were parking out bikes in the garage anyway. Overall a very pleasant stay and the owner was very accomodating and promptly responded to any messages sent. Would definately book this property again for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was secluded but not too far to Beaver Dam and Eureka Springs. We were very comfortable! Unfortunately did not get to use the pool but we appreciated that it was gated off for our 3 year old. The hot tub was great! They had all the kitchen essentials we needed to make dinner/breakfast/coffee. Washer/dryer was a great plus! Honestly, we were sad to leave! Joey also answered several questions we had leading up to our stay. Beautiful house!

Family Fun

The house was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool while grilling out. The kitchen was well used to prepare sides and snacks for the little one.The host made it easy to check in and get settled. The pool and hot tub were maintained without any distractions to our fun.Thanks for the memories!!
