The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Only issue in the room was the bathroom door in 320 was so heavy and difficult to slide open or closed. Grateful there was always complimentary coffee and hot water for tea selections. We asked if okay to checkout late and Derola so kindly approved a late checkout at 1:00pm.
The bathroom door broke all of a sudden after just an hour of stay. we called them the same night and they said they will send maintenance in the morning, we came home from disneyland and the door wasn’t fixed. Called them again, and said they will send someone in the morning. On our last night, STILL THE BATHROOM DOOR WASN’T FIXED. We had to shower we an open door. During our check out we mentioned how disappointed we are and they said sorry and gave us a $10 compensation.

If you’re headed there and need to turn left you have to make a u-turn on a really busy street to enter the parking lot. That sucked. Also, the buildings surrounding the hotel have graffiti and look sketchy. The hotel itself was okay and the breakfast was fine, but the surrounding area would make me not book here again
I would have given this property five stars because the staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and the right amenities for the price.
But the breakfast is terrible. Unique idea to make sandwiches but the eggs looke they’re from a future where everything is freeze dried, they only have fried chicke (which is ok by me, and to get to the food seems like you’re going to get hurt. Pulling drawers out. Using tongs and trying. It to get burned seems high risk.
Change the breakfast and you’ll have a solid entrant in this price range.

Would not recommend. Weak Water Pressure, equipment not working (bathroom vent and facility washer/dryer), and $20 a night to park your vehicle on property. We are a family of five that checked in on Sunday and we checked out on Friday , and I had to call several times to get housekeeping to grab the trash and towels. It is noted that there are several flyers throughout the hotel that states that housekeeping will service the room every other day of the guests stay. This did not happen in our case, I was even told that we should pull our own trash and place in the hallway due to housekeeping leaving for the day at the time of the call. Our room was finally serviced on Thursday after several phone calls and a staff member claiming that housekeeping reported we denied service twice. I asked for the camera footage of housekeeping coming to our room (which never happened ) but I was told that she did not have the authority to review footage. Out of order signs on washer/dryer and we were directed to a laundry facility down the street. We stayed on the 5th floor and for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the hallways. I called to report feedback to Home2 Suites on Monday of our stay and was advised that the hotel manager was going to reach out . I never received a call or a message from the hotel manager to discuss our feedback. In fact during our stay we witnessed several guests report their unhappiness with the hotel and their amenities.
Didnt get the room I had seen on the app they gabe me a small one when i had gotten a suite plus front desk manager was so rude and didn't help out with anything so i will never go there again
