Enjoy a cozy, family-friendly room at our boutique hotel on Lake Atitlán. The space includes a Queen bed and a double bed, with a newly renovated private bathroom just steps away. A large window brings in natural light and beautiful lake and garden views. Guests have access to a private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and dock. Start each morning with a stroll through the gardens or a complimentary locally sourced breakfast.
We ask that all guests thoroughly clean up after themselves when they are finished using the common places.
Quiet time begins at 10PM. For guests safety and security we do not not permit anyone to swim in the pool, or go down to the lake front gardens after 10PM. Please let one of your hosts know if you are planning on arriving/returning back to the property after 10PM as the main gates will be locked, however you will also be provided with a key.
The common areas are shared spaces, so we ask that guests refrain from loud activities after 10PM.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
