- Main Floor -
Main floor has a great room with a 60" smart TV, three large couches, dining table with 8 spaces, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and entry mudroom.

Kitchen has standard appliances, pots and pans with plastic and stoneware options for serving.

- Upstairs -
Upstairs has a small common area with sofa and 55" smart TV, laundry room, and four bedrooms.

Large suite has a king bed and private bathroom with two sinks, shower, walk-in closet. A smart 55" TV is mounted on the wall. This room has a desk. A dell usb3 thunderbolt docking station and an optional ultrawide IPS LG monitor can assist with productivity.

Perfect beach house gathering place

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. This beautiful house accommodated our family perfectly! The environment is so fun and beach like. Lots of space and I love that they had extra mattresses for extra sleeping space! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property

We came for the 4th of July and had an amazing stay. The property was clean and in a brand new housing development. Kitchen and living room were spacious and the bunk room was so fun for our kids to all sleep in. We will definitely be returning and recommend the house to everyone!
