바베큐 그릴 추가요금에 황당함

객실 청소상태 좋습니다. 바닥에 난방이 되는 온돌형인데 너무 더워 불편했습니다. 실내 바베큐그릴에 사용에 추가 2만원을 데스크앞에서 카카오뱅크로 입금하라고 해 황당했습니다. 요금 정책에 분명히 명시되어 있지 않은 추가비용입니다

아이가 좋아해서 더 뿌듯한 곳

시기가 예민해서 청소나 소독상태가 가장 중요할텐데 내부 곳곳마다 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있어서 기분좋게 머무르다 갑니다 바닥이 뜨끈해서 어르신들이 같이와도 좋아하실것 같네요 온수수영장.스파 시설모두 너무 좋았습니다 다음에 또 이용의사 200%있습니당

수영과 욕조가 한공간에 있어요

풀빌라에 대한 경험이 많지는 않는데, 대체적으로 만족스러웠어요. 아이들이 수영하는 곳과 온수 욕조가 같은 공간에 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 관리실 소통은 약간 불친절했지만.

만족했던 숙소

청결하고 제트스파도 좋았고 조리시설, 바베큐도 다 있어서 커플이 묵기에 매우 좋았어요. 다만 위치가 교통이 불편한 위치라 택시도 안 잡혀서 찾아가는 데 애먹었습니다. 픽업을 해주거나 교통편 안내가 되어있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

이정도 가격에 이정도 시설이면 가성비로는 정말 만족스럽게 다녀왔다고 생각하고, 주변 관광지 접근성으로도 정말 좋았습니다. 제트스파, 풀 둘다 만족했고 야외 풀은 성인 한커플? 두커플정도는 이용할수 있을것 같습니다. 3층이 뒷쪽 주차장과 접근성이 좋네요.
