Property allowed pets. Was a convenient location to surrounding shopping like the premium outlets of Ellenton. Walmart was also close by. Walls seemed to be super thin but that could just be inconsiderate neighbors...

Parking is a big issue especially if you drive a pickup. Signs everywhere don't park here.They're waiting for you to screw up so they can have your vehicle towed. Certainly no way to treat customers who are trying to have a stress free vacation!
