Charged twice for the room, so i will be waiting fays to have over $200 returned to my card. Only hotel that ive ever had do this. Wont be staying in this chain again. Now with the room their ok. Front desk was nice, but 1st room the fridge did not work and i was unable to get a room with a tub, but the second day we were moved to another room with tub and working fridge.

The room was fine and comfortable. I was disappointed in the "jacked up price" I had to pay to reserve what normally costs much less than $138 just because the weather was questionable for travel and we were scheduled to leave Galveston the next morning on a cruise.

I sent note via Expedia to say I didn’t need the reservation, in case someone else needed a room due to the storm, and they’ve been emailing me a bill almost every 30mins since while I was travelling and overnight.
