Come relax as you overlook the pool and green space in this 1 BR/1 BA unit. Tiled balcony with bench and chair seating. Tile floors throughout. A comfortable living area has a large wall-mounted tv, games and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping needs. Enjoy a bedroom with a great beachy feel. It has a wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, and master bathroom access. In the bathroom you will enjoy the tiled shower where we provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner with towel drying racks. You will find a fully equipped stocked kitchen with cookware, blender, and breakfast bar with stools. Twin sized, hallway bunk beds compliment the feel of this open style unit. Sit back, relax, enjoy and take in the scene of Galveston! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.
We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Maravilla is one of only a few "pet friendly" properties in Galveston. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed.
Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!
