We actually cancelled this hotel because the moment we walked in, we saw bedbugs crawling. They dealt with it terribly they didn’t want to see the pictures we had taken, and we had to leave the hotel without a refund. so needless to say, we lost out on our refund and we would never suggest this hotel to anyone very dirty and kept and bedbugs..

Bathroom toilet and sink counter were dirty. In the room peanuts were on floor behind trash can. Window Blinds were missing. Outlets for phone hook ups didn’t work. Room phone didn’t work. 2 hangers in closet. No do not disturb sign. Security lock on door broken.

Building in disrepair. Fellow traveler had their car robbed (really ended up being vandalism since there was nothing to steal.) Not well cleaned. Worst excuse for a hotel breakfast in a long time. Stay at a different hotel in Galveston!

There is no parking. You have to park on the street. The rooms are dark and gloomy. Literally no light in the rooms. The break fast was gross and crowded. No where to sit. We will not go back there.

Great stay but very disappointed as we were led to believe there was a bistro onsite. Turns out it is BYOB. We had plans for the evening so that worked out. Would stay here again as our room was comfortable, clean, quiet.
