Went to front desk around 9pm to ask for towels woke up the next morning still no towels. Asked again for towels at breakfast and desk said we will put in a ticket and I checked out at 11 am with no towels. Son wanted to sleep on the pull out couch and pull the couch out to no linen on the bed and none in the room for the bed

My family and I stayed here for one night. Its approximately a 10 min drive to the cruise port we used Uber to get there. We ate atThe Spot which is right next door. It did not disappoint at all. Everything we got was good. We will definitely stay here again if we cruise out of Galveston.

I stay at Holiday Inn express because they are usually very clean. This one is not. Carpets are filthy. Trash cans over flowing in lobby areas. Elevators are dirty. Rooms smell bad.

The balcony was excellent with the ocean view but wouldn't recommend the room service from next door, I'm sure it is amazing fresh but takes way too long to get to room, next time we will just go down ourselves, staff was great and everything was very nice, need to fix elevator in parking garage for handicapped

We loved our stay here. Breakfast was good except the juice was like tang juice not real juice. Loved the new coffee machine. The only thing I can think of is they need better carts to take your luggage in/out and a water or lemon water on the table with the mint bowl. Our balcony had a view of the beach and the pier which was very nice. Also, the restaurant next-door “The Spot” was very good, but very busy and they do deliver to your room, which was excellent. Thank you.
