The room we were first assigned had roaches in it, the small ones that I know come in swarms. We saw 4, but a couple of them were going into the wall behind the TV, so who knows how many there were. We got reassigned a new room, but the front desk attendant didn't seem alarmed... like this has been a common problem before, just another night of shifting people around. You can be sure I'm leaving a public review regarding this. Your breakfast buffet was also horrible... the turkey sausage tasted of nothing and had a terrible texture, the eggs were so very clearly badly overcooked that I didn't even bother taking any.

The hotel itself was good. The reason I only gave three stars was for the staff. I called the day prior to check-in to ask if we could either have an earlier check-in or drop our luggage off at the hotel. I was told we could drop our luggage off AND have an early check-in. We got to the hotel two hours early as we were told we could and we were immediately turned away. Our room as well as many other guests were not ready at the 4 o’clock check-in time.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower and hair in the bed. Called down for new sheets around 10pm, they bring them up and here I am changing the whole bedding. Front desk said they would email me about it but never did. Will not stay there again.

We stayed here before a cruise and it was perfect! Parking was secure. It was a walkable distance to all we needed. This has probably become our go to stay prior to cruising!

I paid for an ocean-view room and they gave me one on another side of the hotel. They didn’t refund me the price difference that I overpaid. I’m going to file a complaint to see if I can get my money back. The A/C was not working well, and I think the rooms are not very clean. The breakfast was poor; by 8:30 a.m. they had already run out of milk and pancakes, and only one of the machines to make them was working. The elevator was not clean and the smell was very unpleasant.
