This hotel definitely needs a makeover. Our door didn’t close properly, we had a huge hole on the balcony ceiling where the sprinkler system is. One elevator was down.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This is an old building and with age alone come verious issues some might say but they do a beatiful job with what they have and we loved or room!

We stayed here ahead of a cruise and the room was clean and simple. No fuss and that’s ok we slept fine and didn’t have to spend too much. And there is a simple free breakfast though it’s pretty basic. Not really anything special but also nothing bad.

Staff was courteous. Room was lacking, in my opinion. No seating other than 1 office chair. Poor water pressure and lukewarm water. Broken tile in bathroom. Floor has soft spots in it and is not level.
