The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The air-condition in the first room we were given did not work. The staff quickly gave us a different room quickly. I liked the fact that there is a restaurant/bar with it and it had a nice pool.

Not the same place

All of the non guests using pool area made it very difficult for paying guests to enjoy to pool area. Lots of drunk people and little kids in the hot tub. The hot tub should be a kiddie pool. The rooms are dated and in ooor shape. Dirty carpets and refrigerator that didn't work and toilet with broken flush handle. This used to be our favorite hotel but too many better choices in Galveston

The water temperature is not regulated, could burn the skin. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. This is a motel setting. The kitchen staffs are very nice during breakfast.

Overall a great stay. The location was convenient to multiple restaurants, pleasure pier, gifts shops, and the beach! The corner location next to the traffic light made walking to the beach even easier!

The area where the property was very efficient far as the beach, restaurants and other things. Breakfast was good. Only downside was yesterday, which was Saturday me and my family went down to Breakfast I asked did they have more grits and the 2 cooks that were down were very rude about putting out more. The lady stated were the grits i have out not good enough for you. I didnt say anything and just walked out. My husband even stated that they were very rude and rubbed everybody the wrong way. The ladies that were there serving breakfast Wed-Fri was amazing. Other than that we loved the breakfast

The staff was very polite. Parking area was kinda hard to maneuver in. And if you get there past 8 at night chances are you’re not getting to park anywhere near your room if you’re in the back. But overall experience was excellent.
