We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is right across from the ocean and each room has a balcony facing the water. Microwave & fridge. Sweet folks at the desk. We'll definitely be staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay and I reserved an ocean view room but when I arrived my room was on the first floor and I had a view of the parking lot, a car right in front of my balcony. The lady at the front desk changed my room but it was a handicap room. The bathroom wasn’t as nice as the other room but I was thankful to get the view of the ocean. The rooms are nice and you can walk across the street to the beach.

The property was about average clean, and the building was in very good condition with minimal maintenance needed. The desk staff was on their phone during check in and not especially interested in communicating. She had a rote statement about breakfast and where the elevators were located; that was about all the exchange. I don't speak Spanish, so the staff was mostly unable, or unwilling, to communicate as we met them. About what I expect now days.

Location was good on the Seawall strip Just minutes to all the main attractions. Pool is small. Gym didn't have any dumbell weights and the machines were outdated. Breakfast had very limited options. Only one elevator was operating and it takes forever. Overall this hotel needs updating and better bedding.

Great hotel

The hotel was wonderful! At check in we were severely disappointed. The lady who checked us in was beyond rude and was the worst check in my wife and I ever experienced. If I hadn’t planned a 4 night stay we would have left and went elsewhere. Other than the horrible experience with the check in lady everything else was perfect. The location, rooms, breakfast, internet, housekeeping, amenities, it was great besides that staff member that check us on and that is the first impression of a stay which sets the tone for the stay.
