The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the property is clearly outdated. The view from our room was disappointing — we only saw other hotels, including one with visible piles of trash and old furniture outside.
The water never got truly hot during our stay. There is no daily housekeeping, which should be clearly disclosed at booking. The pool area was also out of order with no mention of this beforehand. The only vending option on site accepted cash only, which was inconvenient.
The front desk is not staffed 24/7. When we needed assistance, there was a sign stating staff would be back in 15 minutes, leaving us waiting while trying to resolve issues. Staff members were polite enough, but once it was apparent that our reservation was booked through a third-party site, they seemed even less interested in assisting us. Interactions felt uncomfortable, and they appeared put out by routine moments such as check-in, addressing concerns, and check-out.
Overall, the hotel was adequate if cleanliness is your top priority, but the outdated condition, lack of amenities, limited desk availability, and service experience would make me hesitant to stay here again.
