Room was warm and clean. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast spread had a large variety to choose from, including fresh fruit. Our only issue was the noise when the heater would kick on.

The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the fireplace and whirlpool. My husband forgot his laptop at the hotel and they were kind enough to send it to him (it worked fine). Very nice staff and very helpful. Would stay here again.

We love the awesome staff and found it adorable that the hotel had a spa/shop. The pool/hot tub and breakfast was just icing on the cake. All I would say was bad is that the shower drain didn’t work very well and was kind of dirty.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hot tub did not work for either of the two days we were there, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order as well. For a room that costs almost $280 per night, this level of service is unacceptable. These amenities should be fully functional, especially at this price point. Overall, it was a poor experience, and we do not feel the stay was worth the cost.

Booked for a last-minute getaway. Very nice and thoughtful hotel. The room layout and design were thoroughly thought out. Love the night light in the bathroom! Bed/bedding was clean and comfortable. An extra sink outside the bathroom was a bonus. Great location to downtown Galena as well as a very safe area. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast options were wonderful, and they even had GF bread! Although it wasn't the best quality, it was nice to be thought of. The only complaint is the constant slamming of doors. Definitely bring a sound machine and earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Definitely will stay here again. Affordable and a nice hotel.
