The room was very dirty, dust on everything, food dried on the floor, toys and pennies found. Did not look like the pictures on the booking site. TV worked but had bright lights shining through so it was hard to see the picture. Mold in the shower. Food splatters in the microwave.

The room was disgusting. The floor boards literally were detaching from the floor and they were sticky. There was stuff, I don't know what it was, all over the walls and door. The curtains were broken and the room smelled like lemon cleaner mixed with BO. We didn't stay there and got another hotel room.

Room was not clean whatsoever, the floors had piles of dirt. We were given 2 towels when paying for 4 people to be in the room. They did not feel nor smell clean and to get more was a huge hassle. It was extremely unsafe, there were cops there both nights arresting people. The doors didn’t close all the way.

As soon as I walked into the room, I was greeted with roaches. Hair all over the bathroom floor Roach also on the bed plus cigarette burns on the bedding. Needless to say, I turned around and left. I decided to just let the roaches have the room because I would rather sleep in my car! Very false advertising. Didn’t look anything like pictures on line. I told the owner about it. He said “ you don’t have to stay here” Not even a partial refund. Heck, not even an apology! Never have I walked into a room with tv on. Guess that was an attempt to keep the roaches hidden. Let’s just say, in my five whole minutes of being there, was WAY too long!! And this is my first ever review so believe me when I say this, DONT!!!

This place is under construction and there are no amenities to facilitate guest. The towels were dirty, the floor was cracked and broken, holes in the walls, dirty fridge and microwave, etc. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The TV didn't work and there was no phone. I should be given a refund.

Room was dirty and staff wasn’t to pleasure to deal with and was very rude and please don’t spill no juice on the bed by accident because they gone keep your deposit and they only clean your room once a day if you staying over for a couple of days!

No chair in room, nowhere to sit but on the bed. Used washcloth hanging on shower rod. As soon as I arrived two people who apparently work here had a long LOUD conversation outside my door and when I got in late that night there was a lot of shouting but I did not look to see because this place does NOT feel safe. Will not return.

This motel is old and rickety. The bathroom was grimy. The towels were visibly dirty. There was floor board pulled back in the corner. The remote didn’t work and the tv would blip on lighting up the room all night until we unplugged it. We had multiple bugs. Inexpensive option for family weekend, but will never stay again.

This property is not in good condition. My room was in rough shape, the sheets were stained, and the pool in the image is in fact a hole with sand in it (and looks like it has been for a long time). The only saving grace was the comparatively low price on a football weekend.

Showed up to find a disgusting, dirty motel. There was actual crime scene tape still tied to trees in the parking lot. Homeless people everywhere. When I alerted the staff member at the front that I would not be staying because I felt unsafe, he became angry and rude. Fortunately, I found another hotel in the area. Still working to get a refund.
