The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to Northeast Georgia Medical Center & 3 minutes to the Lake Lanier Rowing Venue. The interior is renovated with all new beds, fixtures, and furnishings. Why stay at a cramped hotel when you can relax at a spacious house with all the comforts of home?
The space

This one story home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding. A full laundry room is available with detergents provided. There is a second remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Kurig coffee machine. There is a large living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV on the wall to watch all your favorite shows. Fast Wifi is available for all your streaming devices or spread out in the dining room for a remote work location.

No smoking and no pets are allowed as we want to keep the place new and tidy for our future guests. There is a keyless entry with a code that will be sent before your arrival.
