We very much enjoyed staying at this property - it is well equipped with top class appliances, it's clean with lovely interior. Inside of the property had everything we needed and it was comfortable. Outside area is spacious and secluded.The mini villa is facing the owners property, but the owners were discreet and we did not see them much. However, the times we have seen them - it was very pleasant. They are all lovely and friendly, but Alexandre needs a special mention - not only he came to us bearing gifts of the most amazing ice cream, but he always ensured we are well and he would go extra mile to make sure we are happy at his property. Even though his English is not perfect, but it was definitely enough for us to have a conversation and to understand each other. Another special mention needs to go to the owners dog - Oscar. He seemed to become a part of out family during the holiday, which is lovely. He is a big cuddly giant .The biggest highlight of our stay was a huge pool overlooking mountains. It is not overlooked. Pool is well maintained and has 3 different levels of depth. We absolutely loved spending time in the swimming pool and looking at the eagles flying above! Pool is shared with owners, but we never used it all at the same time. Owners have a screen that separates their terrace from the pool.Location is 10/10 with shoppe and beach 3 - 10min drive.We can't fault the stay at this property, we had great time and would love to come back one day.

Great 2 bedroom villette in Bastia!

We had a wonderful stay at the 2 bedroom "suite" adjacent to Alexandre's lovely home! It was clean, decorated stylishly and Alexandre was a terrific and responsive host! It is a little south of the city center but very convenient for the airport or ferry port. Quiet and has a lovely pool! Merci, Alexandre!

Nous avons eu le privilège de passer deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette mini-villa. Alexandre et sa famille sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et ont rendu nos vacances inoubliables. En dix ans de vacances en maisons de vacances à travers l'Europe, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis aussi bien. Oscar et notre chien étaient également merveilleux ! Un grand merci à vous, chère famille d'accueil ! Grüsse, Familie EmdeWir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser Mini Villa verbringen. Alexandre und seine Familie sind herzensgute Menschen und haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. In 10Jahren „Urlaub im Ferienhaus“ in ganz Europa haben wir uns nirgends wohler gefühlt. Hier beginnt der Urlaub…

Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Gleich neben dem Haus ist ein schöner großer Pool. Alexandre, der Vermieter, wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück. Es stört aber in keiner Weise, man bemerkt ihn kaum und ein Sichtschutz zum Haupthaus gibt es auch. Alexandre ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer zur Stelle war, wenn man ihn brauchte. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von ihm, wie Pizza und Eis- vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür. Das Haus liegt am Ende von einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, es ist komplett eingezäunt- prima für Hundebesitzer. Apropos Hund…der Haushund Oskar war ein weiteres Highlight, so ein liebevoller Geselle, der immer wieder mal vorbei schaute um sich seine Streicheleinheiten abzuholen:-). Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Strände und Supermärkte, Bäckereien sogar fußläufig. Natürlich kann man auch zu Fuß zum Strand, in ca. 30 Minuten erreicht man ihn. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, wenn man den Norden Korsikas erkunden möchte. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Magnifique petite maison avec piscine

Pour terminer notre séjour en Corse nous voulions être prêt de Bastia pour découvrir la ville et ses environs. Cette petite villa est idéalement situé dans une zone pavillonnaire très calme et avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La grande piscine permet de se rafraîchir après les longues journée de marche. Très bien équipe on s est très vite senti comme à la maison. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa famille ont encore ajouté une touche de magie à notre séjour.

Super sejour

Famille très accueillante. Logement au top avec tous les équipements nécessaires : barbecue , machines à laver le linge et vaisselle, Clim. Une piscine immense dans un joli jardin bien entretenu. Un beau chien Oscar qui a fait le bonheur des enfants et qui sait rester très discret. Un seul regret, un séjour trop court.

Schöne 6 Nächte in der Nähe von Bastia

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt bei Alexandre. Bastia ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Unser Highlight war auf jeden Fall Oskar, der Hofhund. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und haben uns herzlichst begrüßt. Da man sich auf dem Grundstück des Besitzers befindet und es keine Abtrennung gibt, fanden wir es sehr angenehm. Wir können also die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Ruhige Mini Villa mit sehr gastfreundlichem Vermieter

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank an die sehr gastfreundliche Familie! Die Mini Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt auf dem Grundstück eines größeren Hausees Privatsphäre ist aber trotzdem super, man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind mit dem Auto in Kürze zu erreichen. Es ist sehr ruhig, das haben wir genossen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Klimaanlage ist angenehm leise und gut einzustellen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser in der Dusche, doch Alexandre und sein Sohn kamen sofort und haben sich darum gekümmert. Der Pool ist riesig und super sauber. Auch der Garten ist schön gestaltet. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet um das Cap Corse zu erkunden. Für mehr Personen wäre es uns etwas zu eng. Da das Bad und die Sofaecke recht klein sind. Einen sehr lieben Wachhund gibt es dazu. So groß er auch ist, so verschmust ist er :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un agréable séjour !

Nous avons été conquis par la maison d'Alexandre. Son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses conseils ont participés à un délicieux séjour, Alexandre nous a même fait découvrir des excellents fromages Corse, un pur régal. La maison est magnifiquement décoré, rien de manque, un vrai cocoon. La terrasse abritée est très agréable pour y manger. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine, c'était un plus vu la chaleur encore en septembre ! Que dire à part que nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir car Alexandre, son épouse et leur Oscar le chien sont extras ! Encore merci. PS : Une grosse caresse à Oscar car il est vraiment adorable.

Petit séjour

Nous avons réservé ce logement à la dernière minute. L’hôte a gentiment équipé le logement du nécessaire pour un bébé ( lit parapluie , matela, draps housse et chaise haute) afin que nous puissions venir avec notre fille. L’hôte a été arrangeant sur l’horaire d’arrivée et de départ. Très sympathique nous recommandons ce logement.

La perfection

Pour visiter le Cap Corse, nous avons choisi la propriété d’Alexandre. Celle-ci est parfaitement située (proche aéroport/Bastia/cap corse/St Florent). Elle est dans un petit lotissement très calme. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût dans les tendances actuelles. Il fait bon s’y retrouver le soir pour manger sur la terrasse. Et que dire d’Alexandre et sa famille … juste un pur bonheur de les avoir rencontré. Doté d’une extrême gentillesse ils se mettront en quatre pour que ce séjour vous laisse un beau souvenir. Ça donne envie de revenir ne serait ce que pour les revoir. Alors n’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu du voyage.
