This charming 170m2 3-bedroom house in Funchal is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing holiday.

Please note that the property has an exterior security camera pointing towards the gates to ensure our guests' added safety and peace of mind, as well as a motion sensor inside the house.

The house features an open floor plan, with the living room offering a large and comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery to prepare delicious meals.

For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a balcony, while the third bedroom offers two single beds for additional guests. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The property boasts a spacious terrace with a BBQ, table, and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers private parking, ensuring a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Nestled on the hillsides of Funchal, Madeira, the property is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood that offers a blend of traditional Madeiran charm and natural beauty. The area is characterized by narrow, winding roads and a mix of both classic island homes and more modern residences. Here, daily life moves at a relaxed pace, giving residents and visitors a sense of authentic Madeiran culture away from the bustling tourist hubs below.

The surrounding landscape is lush and green, with terraced gardens and small farming patches typical of Madeira’s hillside neighbourhoods. Thanks to its elevation, this area boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal’s charming cityscape. Caminho do Lombo dos Aguiares is ideal for those who enjoy nature and tranquillity, as several scenic walking paths and trails wind through the nearby hills, providing ample opportunity to explore the outdoors.

Despite its serene setting, the neighbourhood is conveniently located near essential amenities. Small cafés, shops, and local businesses cater to residents, while larger supermarkets and a greater variety of dining options are available within a short drive toward central Funchal, just 10-15 minutes away. The renowned Funchal Botanical Garden, with its impressive collection of exotic plants and panoramic views, is a short drive away. Likewise, the Monte Palace Tropical Garden—a lush space filled with koi ponds, exotic flora, and decorative tilework—is nearby and accessible via Funchal’s famous cable car. The nearest bus stop, Beco da Pesada D, Funchal, is just a 1-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
