Plenty of private space for relaxing on sun beds or dining al fresco whilst watching the cruise ships passing immediately in front of the property. Modern interior updated to provide large airy open plan areas and now the added comfort of air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Large open plan lounge with sea view leading to a brand new fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Appliances include bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, microwave, fridge freezer and oven. The lounge is equipped with a LCD TV, cable channels and Wifi. The Villa consists of 3 spacious bedrooms all with king size beds and with full en-suites one of which is a wet room. Sun loungers, bathing towels and parasols are provided. Decoration is modern and comfortable with quality bedding, dressing gowns and towels all supplied. A little haven perfectly located with easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The property is accessed via a set of steps and therefore is not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access. The 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor and accessible via a staircase located off the lounge. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly at no additional charge. There is the option of a single put up bed for use in either master bedroom or bedroom 3. We can also arrange taxi transfers from the airport with a reliable taxi driver (payable locally) and Mirela can book any sight seeing trips for you. Fully Licensed in Madeira License Number AL27048 with Safe & Clean accreditation. Hand gel, masks and disinfectant also provided. The house is priced based on 4 persons with an additional charge of £50 per week for extra guests. Madeira has implemented a tourist tax which is 2 euros per person over 12 for the first 7 nights i.e. 14 euros per person. This can be paid locally to Mirela who will also need copies of your passports at check-in.
