Equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, this studio is perfect for a laid-back holiday with friends. The building has a pool and a sunbathing area, as well as parking lot. This is the perfect spot for a beach holiday and to relax after a long day exploring Madeira.

The spacious balcony has incredible views over Funchals bay and the sea. The swimming pool welcomes you for a swim on hotter days. Please note that this is a common area of the building.
This apartment has all the amenities for your holiday to be a calming and relaxing one! If you plan to rent a car, parking space will be available for you at the condominium’s parking lot. Internet access will be provided.

-According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

-Check-in must be scheduled in advance.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- Check-in after 10pm:
10pm to 00h: 20€ | 00h to 2am: 30€
