One bedroom apartments with approximately 50m², are located in a very quiet urbanization, facing south, overlooking the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira. Despite the proximity to the expressway this is a quiet area.
The apartments have 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Private, well-kept garden (150m²) with exotic and endemic plants, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view over the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira.
There is free parking next to the apartment.
Next to the urbanization you will find bus stop, cafes and restaurants / take away.
Nearby there is: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, florist, laundry, pharmacy, among others.
It has all expenses included, free Wi-Fi, linen, towels and self-service laundry.
Located just a few seconds from the highway, 10 minutes from the center of Funchal and 15 minutes from the airport.
Next to the urbanization pass aerobus, buses that depart directly from the airport to Funchal.

It is only a few minutes away from the main tourist attractions such as Botanical Garden, Funchal's Old Town, Funchal Marina, Forte São Tiago, Igreja da Sé, Igreja do Colégio, Cable Car, Cristo Rei, Praia do Garajau, Monte Pico Red, Pico do Arieiro, etc ...
