Baia Cliff View is a recently renovated spacious apartment with a west-facing balcony and superb sea views.
The building has a shared outdoor area with a garden, swimming pool (temporarily closed for repairs) and views of the cliff and the sea. There is a garage in the building with private parking for this apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building, has a usable area of around 154 m2 and comprises four bedrooms, with capacity for families and groups of up to 8 people. The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (95 x 200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as two more bathrooms.
There is a large living room with access to the balcony, sofa, dining table and full kitchen.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.
