My room didn’t have an air conditioner & it was 90 degreees outside. The room smelled like smoke. When they changed my room, it did not have the roll in shower which I paid more for during the reservation. This was very disappointing & I checked out early.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — no issues at all. Everything from the fresh smell in the hallways to the comfortable furnishings made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. There were plenty of outlets to charge my devices, and all of the details in the room felt thoughtfully cared for. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
