My husband and I had a wonder stay at Miyako for 6 nights. We enjoyed the convenience, the breakfast, spa (both indoor and outdoor) and services provided by the hotel. The room on the 8th floor where we stayed was quiet. Bedding, air-conditioning and water pressure of the shower were impeccable. The only thing I would suggest improvement is replacing the packaging of the body wash, shampoo etc which I found rather hard to open. I would definitely come back to Miyako for our next trip to Fukuoka.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location is perfect and the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. The level of service was amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fukuoka.

Wonderful stay! Staff was excellent. Very good English. Very helpful. The room was very comfortable. Great amenities. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Convenient to elevator. Really nice spa. Special outdoor pool/onsen with spa. Indoor onsen also. Again very good amenities. 12 minutes by public transport to the airport. Right opposite central station. Shops and food in the station were excellent. Everything you need. Highly recommend.

The location could not be better - literally attached to the Hakata train station. The staff were all lovely and really did everything they could to make our stay in Fukuoka better. The food was also very good and they were willing to make small changes like omitting items. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the central train station, which was great for us as we arrived by train. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious - even with an extra bed. We only had one meal in the hotel and the food was very good, though one pork dish was very fatty.
