7日チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けたんですが、その時の受付の方の対応は笑顔もなく、待たされた挙げ句、こちらから急いでいると言ったらやっと動いてくれましたが、謝りもなく、人手不足なのかなと心配してしまいました！翌日の方はメチャクチャ良かったです。

客室はそれなりに広くて新しく、設備が整っており、清潔感もあって、周辺のホテルと比べればコスパも良く、おおむね満足。もっとも、Hotels.com上でのメッセージによる問い合わせに対応しなかった点と、具体的な宿泊税額を事前に明示していただけなかった点は残念。

チェックインチェックアウトは基本無人で画面で操作するようですが、午後６時頃行ったらスタッフがいて画面操作もヘルプしてくれたのでアナログな私は助かりました。部屋にはセミダブルベットでしたが部屋自体は狭いけど、お値段と便利な場所だから良しとします。
