The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk away from Hakata Station and other points of interest. Checking in was quick, and the room is a decent size. The bathtub is quite large, and the tv has many "smart" functions. The bonus is the massage chair so make time to enjoy it.

The 9.0 rating on the property seems too high. The pictures really didn’t match what the property looked like. The lobby is nice but the hallways were in poor condition, stained floors and marks on the walls. My room was dull, the chair in it felt like it was falling apart the carpets and walls were showing a bit of wear. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Japan for the same price that were much nicer.

The location was convenient for easy transport, food choices and shopping. Unfortunately, the bed was sagging and caused back discomfort. The back massager was most welcome addition as it was really needed. The leg massager was also much appreciated. Room service only included towel change and no quick vacuum. The breakfast was repetitive; and just fair. The room was a tight squeeze. The front desk personnel were very polite.

So convenient and near the Hakata train station with lots of food and shopping. Didn’t have to call reception since they have everything except a safe in the room.

Forza front desk staff provided excellent service

The front desk staff were all so friendly, helpful and courteous. They answered all our questions and helped us with directions. They were all so very nice. They made our first experience in Japan a memorable one.
